After extensive testing and use by top off-road and ATV riders DP Brakes introduces a full line of clutch kits for the off-road and ATV markets.
The DP Clutch Kit has been designed to provide extended service life coupled with super smooth fade free power delivery. Each kit includes friction plates, steel drive plates and clutch springs. The friction plates are ready to race with no need to pre-soak in oil. They are more durable than original equipment and the high heat friction material provides fade free performance.
Unlike aluminium plates, the DP Brakes steel drive plates will not expand, fade or produce clutch swell while lasting three times longer than stock plates. The increased weight, compared to stock plates, adds flywheel effect improving starting and traction.
The chrome silicone wire spring sets are heat treated and shot peened for maximum life, and are individually designed to eliminate slippage without excessively strong spring rates. This enables them to operate with great lever feel.


DPSK High Performance Street Clutches
The kit contains friction plates and a full set of springs (except where a diaphragm is used)
- The friction plates are ready to fit and provide more durable and higher performance than the original equipment plates. Different friction materials are used to suit all types of high performance motorcycles.
- The steel plates are made from the highest quality steel and manufactured to exacting tolerances.
- The springs are designed to ensure no slippage (without super strong spring rates) and ensure great lever feel.


DPSK-F High Performance Street kits
This kits contains friction plates, springs, steel plates and are available for a wide range of Sports bikes. Attractively packaged in a self contained case, the kit is ready to fit with no need to pre-soak the friction plates.

Available individually as friction, steel or spring kits these are only available in UK and Europe. The kits are produced with the DP philosophy of providing a product superior to the OEM.

DPHK Harley Clutches
Available as friction or steel kits for models from 47 onwards, these clutches have been designed and extensively tested to provide fade free and slip free operation with superior gear shifting and extended life.
Eastern Performance Cycles recommended DP Clutches to The Capitol Police in Washington D.C. for use on their ‘workhorse’ Harley training bikes which are ridden all day, every day by novice motor patrolmen.
